ZegaliLimited operates in a highly sensitive environment involving project finance, capital facilitation, and infrastructure investment. Confidentiality is a foundational principle of our business. We are committed to protecting the proprietary information of our clients, financial institution partners, and other stakeholders at all times.

ZegaliLimited treats the following categories of information as strictly confidential:

• Client identities, business plans, and project documentation
• Financial models, investment teasers, information memoranda, and business cases
• Identities and terms of financial institutions, lenders, and investment partners
• Transaction structures, financing terms, and deal economics
• Internal strategies, proposals, and advisory recommendations
• Any information designated as confidential by a client or partner

In line with standard industry practice, ZegaliLimited requires the execution of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before any sensitive information is exchanged between the client and financial institutions or funding partners. This protects the interests of all parties throughout the funding facilitation process.

NDAs are executed at Stage 2 of our Funding Facilitation Process — the Confidentiality Framework stage — prior to any investor or lender introduction.

All ZegaliLimited employees, consultants, and subcontractors are bound by confidentiality obligations as a condition of their engagement. Access to sensitive client or partner information is granted on a strict need-to-know basis and is controlled by our executive management team.

ZegaliLimited may disclose confidential information only where:

• Required by Nigerian law, a regulatory body, or a valid court order
• Necessary to protect the legal rights or interests of ZegaliLimited
• The information is already in the public domain through no breach by ZegaliLimited
• Explicit written consent has been provided by the relevant party

Any information submitted through our website contact forms or email enquiries will be handled with discretion and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties. We do not publicly disclose the names of clients, partners, or institutions we work with unless expressly authorized to do so.
