ZegaliLimited was incorporated in 2012 and commenced full operations in 2018 as a project finance advisory, capital facilitation, and infrastructure development firm. We are focused on delivering bankable projects and unlocking funding for strategic investments across Nigeria and Sub-Saharan Africa.
From inception, our mandate has been clear: to serve as a trusted bridge between project sponsors, investors, financial institutions, and technical partners — ensuring every project is structured for funding success from the ground up.
Today, we maintain established working relationships with Grade A financial institutions across Africa and key international markets, including Development Finance Institutions (DFIs), commercial banks, syndicated lending groups, and private equity funds. Our operational capabilities span the full project lifecycle — from initial concept and feasibility through to financial close and post-completion monitoring.
